A Question You May Not Think to Ask

Many times wedding guides will provide a list of standard questions to ask of the people you are considering hiring for your wedding, whether they are a photographer or another type of vendor. Most of the questions you'll find are helpful.

One question though that is rarely asked is one I feel is sorely lacking. That question is: "What do you love about what you do?". It doesn't matter so much WHAT someone says in response to a question like that; what matters is HOW they say it. You should see their eyes light up. That's the kind of person I'd want working at my wedding -- someone who loves what they do.
